Shipping policy

At MOOIMOM, we aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination country. Estimated shipping times are listed above:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 2-4 business days

  • North America: 6–12 business days

  • South America: 15-23 business days

  • Europe: 6–10 business days

  • Asia-Pacific: 6–10 business days

  • Middle East: 6–12 business days

  • Saudi Arabia: 8–12 business days

  • Africa: 8–16 business days

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

For orders shipped to Norway:

MOOIMOM is not registered under the Norwegian VOEC (VAT On E-Commerce) scheme. Therefore, Norwegian VAT and any customs handling fees may be charged by Norwegian customs upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Delays

Customs inspections and clearance procedures are beyond our control and may cause delays in delivery. MOOIMOM is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. MOOIMOM is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package from the courier, the parcel may be returned to us.

In such cases, shipping fees are non-refundable, and any additional reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
