I ordered an XL and it’s kind of huge, the L size would be perfect for me, so yes, it comes bigger than you think but works perfectly and still I loved it .

I have been using the corset during my third trimester and into first 8 weeks postpartum. During Pregnancy I was experiencing SIJ/PG pain which was greatly supported by the belt. Postpartum I felt like the belt gave me the support and confidence to move around… especially while supporting a newborn at the same time
Compared to other belts I’ve used this belt is very comfortable and doesn’t dig in at all. I was able to use it while working and not feeling like anything was digging into me

I started using the band in my third trimester when belly has really popped out to help support my lower back standing doing around the house stuff (cooking, gardening, cleaning etc) and it’s super comfy and soft without feeling restrictive. Very much looking forward to utilising the other band for postpartum 🙌

I wish I had this with my first pregnancy. I was able to move around and continue my day with the support of the band. It’s so soft and easy to use that I even wore it out to the shops and continued my daily activities with it. I even wore it to work.

It’s a great addition to my pregnancy journey and I recommend it to anyone even my friends!

This band has really helped me throughout the second and third trimesters because I still want to stay somewhat active (walks, light workouts), but my belly really was getting heavy. This instantly relieves the weight and has helped with my back pain. I can't recommend this enough!

I’ve been using this band during my second pregnancy and honestly, I’m wondering why I didn’t use it during my first! It really helps lift my belly and it feels like it takes a lot of the weight off. I can almost walk normally when I have it on, which has made such a difference! It’s also helped a lot with my scoliosis-related back pain. Definitely something I’d recommend to other mums looking for extra support during pregnancy.
