Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that exchanges and refunds are only accommodated for faulty or defective products. If you wish to request an exchange or refund, the product must be returned in its original, unused condition within 7 days of receiving your order, with all packaging and tags intact. Additionally, we require a clear picture or video of the product as proof of the issue.

Once your request is submitted and the initial conditions are met, please follow these steps:

  1. Shipping: You will be authorized to send the product to our warehouse. Please note that any return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

  2. Quality Inspection: Upon arrival, our team will review and inspect the product to ensure it matches the condition reported and meets our return criteria.

  3. Resolution: After the inspection is complete and approved:

    • For Exchanges: We will ship out your new replacement item.

    • For Refunds: We will process your refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges or refunds will only be finalized after this physical inspection at our warehouse. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item arrives in a condition that does not meet our policy requirements.
